Neighbours: Excessive Noise Complaint Form

If your neighbour is making noise above the legal level and particularly at night (between the hours of 11pm and 7am), your local authority should be willing to investigate the complaint.

If they do find the noise to be excessive, the authority may then serve a notice on your neighbour which will warn them that if they create noise between the times set out in the notice, they may be guilty of a criminal offence.
