Notice to Quit - Northern Ireland - Terminate a Private Tenancy Agreement in Northern Ireland

This Notice to Quit should only be used for Private Tenancies in Northern Ireland that have continued beyond their original fixed term as a periodic tenancy, by agreement between the landlord and tenant. It is not used to bring this type of tenancy to an end at the end of a fixed term; to terminate the Tenancy at the end of the fixed term, you should inform the Tenant in writing by letter at least 28 days in advance that you do not wish the tenancy agreement to continue.
