The author

For Steve Wiseman writing is a spare-time activity - in his day job he runs the Norwich and District Citizens Advice Bureau, a thriving advice centre each year consulted by around 57,000 people. This entails day-to-day management, but also fundraising and development to ensure the Bureau meets the needs of the public. His other jobs have included occasional freelance journalism, advice work, teaching, lecturing and a few years as a Whitehall civil servant. He is married with two children.A N Other is a very good author.
